Ten thousand miles, fifty days, two people, an open road, and countless memories. This is our trip; the trip of a lifetime.

We started with an idea and ended up in places we never dreamed. We made connections with amazing people, shared precious moments with family and friends, and explored each day until the moon came down.

We lived the van life in our Honda Element ecamper and counted the miles with no specific agenda. Unbelievably gorgeous scenes surrounded us as we were constantly reminded of our small place in this ever expansive world. The light danced in the horizon as we sang out loud to Lana Del Rey, enjoyed delicious food on the daily, and kept going with never ending roads to wander.

We are two people connected beyond the constraints of time. The love of my life by my side as we discussed our future, and remembered the past, as one often does while sitting idly in a car. The american dream.

From Cleveland across America the Beautiful to the far southwest, up the awe inspiring west coast to the wonderous northwest, we continued on and trekked across to the southeast, and finally headed north, back home. Undoubtedly we’ll be sharing many images from our trip in the months to come, but for now we share our life on the road in square form via our instagram feeds. You can catch us on there at @kenclunk and @aclunk or follow us on the book.
